We are a small estate planning law firm. Meaning we do wills, trusts, and incapacity planning. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform clients of what data we collect, how it is collected, and what we do with it once we have it.

Name, Phone Number, Email, Address. Used to contact you for appointments or to update you on your matter.

How data is Collected

We obtain data through out client intake process in our office. Data is stored in a CRM profile for each client. This data is not sold to anyone. Only the required amount of information is retained to get in contact with you. SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with third parties.

Actions taken to secure data

Our CRM provider used industry standard encryption and data security practices. All notes are saved and then the physical note is shredded.

Nobody.

How long we retain your data

Contact information and other data is maintained indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
